The Chairman and members of the Institution of Engineers (India) South Gujrat Local Center welcomes the Life Institutional Member of IE(I) – Dr B. B. A. Govt. Polytechnic, Karad-Silvassa.
The IE(I) SGLC has been assigned the polytechnic and its members as the centre is geographically nearest to the location of the polytechnic. The Institutional Membership number assigned is – IM000389-3. It was elected as an institutional member of IE(I) on date: 26.04.2016
The Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Administration has started Govt. Polytechnic at Karad, (D.P.), Dadra and Nagar Haveli w.e.f. November 1994. The Institute is affiliated to the Gujarat Technological University,Ahmedabad and Technical Education Board, Gandhinagar.
For regulation and maintenance, for norms and standards in technical education, the following criteria and procedures for admission to Diploma Programmes and duration of such programmes are prescribed as under:
